Cult For Two Signs to Faber Alt.

Cult For Two Signs to Faber Alt.

We are excited to announce that we have signed the new studio project Cult For Two, from producer Arthur Delaney, to the Faber Alt. roster.

Delaney burst into the public sphere in 2014 as a founding member of UK electronic act HÆLOS whose viral phenomenon ‘Dust’ broke the internet, kicking off a career that saw them release two albums and tour the world with standout shows on the big stages of Coachella, Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Outside Lands.

Seeking the purity of his own creative vision, Delaney left HÆLOS in 2021 to focus on a body of work that would evolve into Cult For Two - dragging the overcast sound of the 90s Bristol scene, Andy Weatherall, late-era Talk Talk, and Eno-Esque soundscaping into the strange futures of 2022. Darkly transcendent, 'Peace In Me’s' aesthetic production and quasi-spiritual reflections sets up Cult For Two as an essential feature on any post-rave mixtape.

“I am excited and somewhat humbled to be joining such an impressive roster of artists & composers on Faber Alt.; I really couldn't dream of a better home to take my Cult For Two project forward. I have big plans for 2023 & beyond & I'm looking forward to working closely with Faber to bring them to life.”

Arthur Delaney - Cult For Two

“We loved Arthur’s sound as soon as we heard it. The music he creates as Cult for Two feels effortlessly cool, original and a bit unexpected. There’s more to come, and we’re super excited about working with him.”
